Day 19

Food:
Green smoothie (turnip greens, bananas, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries)
Luna bar
Tofu with rice noodles and raw veggies
Yogurt
Mozarella cheese
Lemon quinoa with zuchinni
Wilted turnip greens with walnuts
Organic rice cereal with soymilk
Snowcaps

Exercise:
2-3 hours of walking while babywearing whilst shopping
